Main entrance

At the main entrance there is a central customer service island, where the Information Point is located. This desk provides information on:

  • Timetables for all bus routes.
  • Where to find the ticket sales points.
  • Vectalia route information: Timetables and services exclusive to this operator.

The station has an information screen showing the next departures and arrivals and the platform assigned to each bus.

Ground floor services

  • AVIS office
  • Exit Store
  • Vending and games machines
  • Self-service ticket machines
  • Luggage lockers and parcel lockers

Upper floor

A spacious, bright and comfortable waiting area next to the ticket desks. It includes:

  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Removable power bank service for phones and laptops

PLEASE REMEMBER:There is a designated pedestrian crossing for moving between platforms. Crossing through the bus manoeuvring area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

  • Route 06 Station – RENFE – TRAM – City centre – Juan XXIII.
  • Sightseeing bus TURIBÚS (check the calendar).

Avenida de Loring (request stop)
